Great Blog

I found this blog from Zenhabits.net written by Leo Babauta.  The Irony is that at Fitness on The Run, that is precisely what we do in people's homes.  Most people don't have a complete home gym, so we end up doing mostly body weighted exercises.  Typically they are exactly what people need anyway.  Believe it or not, we don't normally train the supermodel/actor type.  Usually, our clients have not been on a structured exercise program and don't know what to do.  Therefore, we must start with them using their own body and getting their muscles to coordinate with each other.  Core training on a Fitness Ball is a major component of this type of exercise, as well as using your own body weight for certain exercises.  More on this to come, but in the mean time, check out Leo's site and blog, and let me know what you think!
